Geelong Archers Youth Athletes performed very well at the Youth National Archery Championships in Launceston April 9-13 2026
They won a total of 7 medals with 1 Gold, 3 Silvers and 3 Bronzes

Lilly Clark won 1 match and wasn’t able to progress
Melissa Allan won 1 match and wasn’t able to progress

Rhys Allan won all 3 Round Robin matches before bowing out in the ¼ finals
Jay Biviano won all 3 Round Robin matches and made it through to the Bronze Medal Match

Melissa Allan’s team won their 1/16 match before bowing out at the 1/8 stage
Lilly Clark’s team was eliminated at the 1/16 round
Geelong Archers Turns 65
Geelong Archers Turns 65 was held on the 3rd of May 2025.
We had a fantastic turn out with the history of the club shared, a BBQ and a commemorative Geelong Archers turns 65 pin. We had over 60 people who attended the event - life members, new members and some special guests.
Thank you to all the volunteers and members who have made this possible and allow our club to continue. It is a passion for the sport and the members which keep this club running. GA turns 70 isn't that far away.

Congratulations to Imogen Grzemski - World Archery Oceania Target Archery Champion!! Imogen shot a big personal best to come from behind to take out the Open Female Recurve title

Congratulations to GA's Archer Gray
Archer competed in the National Youth championships at DVA, which was held over 2 days.
Archer walked away with the best score in Victoria for Under 16 recurve both days and second in the National competition for his combined scores across the two days
